Peace beyond all understanding

As I’m clearing away and letting go of blockage after blockage in my own mind,
the steadiness of peace shines forth stronger and stronger.
~
I AM THE PEACE OF THE UNIVERSE
and therefore I’m not subject to the ripples on the surface of the ocean of peace.
Is the water subject to the waves?
Is the essence dependant on the form?
How can peace be subject to anything other than itself?
~
I used to believe
that the ripples, the erratic waves,
had power over me,
and that I was victim and captive to their virtual reality.
I no longer believe that.
I’m no longer subject to that. I cancel it.
I continue to cancel it, until every last bit of doubt is erased.
Until only true Essence shines forth, always!
Until radiating is all that remains.

So my practice, which is really an intense focus, is to
REMEMBER THE PEACE THAT I AM.
To remember the peace that is everywhere, always, in everything.
The peace, that is felt as profound wellbeing and total harmony.
That peace is so powerful, that it instantly overrides everything else.
~
And simply by Intention, by remembering, by the act of realizing, by giving it full attention,
by calling it forth, by 'dwelling in it', by making it the focal point of life,
and then by becoming it,
and finally by being it,
peace is instantly present in every aspect of existence.
~
So the secret, which is no secret at all, is this:
Let go of everything
that stands in the way,
and peace shall be yours.
