I am aware of the Peace
that is Home,
that is ME.

Like a deep, solidly humming,
never ending keynote.

And when I'm really still,
the sound, the steady song, the potent vibrating fullness
gets stronger, clearer, more penetrating.
Then
It takes over.

I am aware of the dimming effect
at the arising of thoughts and feelings.
~
The dimming I experience
as slightly less happiness.
Less happiness has become unacceptable, painful, not an option!

Something keeps pulling me out of the
twilight zone
into the bright Light of day.
Oh, the rewards of letting go!
The blessings of surrender.

It seems that we spend most of our lives
on the journey of coming home,
rather than
BEING HOME.
